In order to improve your experience of coming to the Tour du Mont Blanc, it is recommended to do physical training three months before the trip; jogging 5-10 kilometers, three times a week or riding to increase cardiorespiratory function and better enjoy the beautiful scenery of nature in the outdoor sports!

• Personal expenses for beverages and alcohol
• Visa and insurance fees
• Entrance tickets or expenses during free activity periods
• Hiking insurance
• Tips for guides and drivers (a customary gratuity of €8-10 per person per day for satisfactory service; at the end of the trip, if using a luggage transport car due to physical discomfort, an additional €25 tip for the driver is expected).

Alpine environment ecosystem is very fragile, with the increase in the number of hikers, the environment vegetation, as well as flora and fauna are threatened, try to follow the guide's footsteps in the hiking process to avoid taking shortcuts and stepping on the vegetation. At the same time pay attention to bring all the peelings and paper into the mountain huts; according to the classification of garbage to be discarded; although the peelings are biodegradable, but in the mountain environment basically no possible degradation, the awareness of protecting the environment is very important.

There are more and more Chinese hikers on this route, which represents the influence of Chinese people in the world. Try to avoid loud noise in public places, be friendly to different hikers from all over the world, take care of the environment, observe the precautions of the alpine hut, and avoid wasting food.

Please make sure to purchase all necessary insurance coverage for your trip at your place of residence to avoid any unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

Trip Cancellation Policy

Cancellation from our agency: We reserve the right of modifying or cancelling a tour if the group's safety is compromised, in case of transport and accommodation problems, or lack of staff. If we cancel a tour, the sums collected are entirely refunded but no other compensation or in- demnity is due if:

- The minimum of persons required for the tour is not reached and that the agency informs the customer as follow:

• Twenty days prior departure for tours lasting more than 6 days ;
• Seven days prior departure for tours of 2 to 6 days ;
• 48 hours prior departure for tours lasting less than 2 days.- The agency is not able to respect the contract because of exceptional and inevitable circum- stances (natural disaster, war...) and informs the customer as soon as possible before the be- ginning of the tour..  The sums collected are then entirely refunded but no other compensation or indemnity is pos- sible..In case of cancellation during the tour, you will be refunded on a pro rata basis of the days not hiked.  Cancellation from the customer: If you are cancelling your tour, the costs are as follow:
• From 35 days prior departure: 50% of the tour
• From 35 to 7 days prior departure: 90% of the tour
• Less than 7 days: 100% of the tour .

The booking To book a tour, you must complete the registration form, with signatory which implies the acceptance of general conditions of sale, and the payment of 600-1000euros deposit..  Depending on availability, we are sending a booking confirmation as soon as possible. The balance must be paid 35 days prior departure at the latest. A tour not paid on time may be can- celled and no refund of the deposit possible.

For the covid issue

If the border close , you will get refund  or delay for next year (the transaction fee is not in-clude)

For the visa issue

If we are required to issue an itinerary or invitation letter, refunds due to visa reasons are subject to a 50€ material fee and a refund of the remaining activity fee.
